Kat is a passionate, enthusiastic, and onto it business advisor, who loves working with people, and gets satisfaction from contributing to businesses in a positive way.
Kat leads with fairness, understanding and empathy and her advice and motives always come from a place of kindness, as she easily builds rapport and trusting relationships with both business owners, and members of your team.
Kat is business savvy and an old hand with all matters relating to your business numbers, having worked within the accounting industry for almost 20 years.
Kat remains a fully qualified Chartered Accountant, holds a Certificate of Public Practice with CA ANZ, and is a member of the Institute of Directors.
Kat is mother to two girls, Zahara and Indie-Raea, and wife to Trevor. When Kat is not hard at work, she most enjoys spending time socialising with friends and family and travelling to new places.

A restaurateur in a previous life, Hailey understands the pressure small business owners are under. To draw from a restaurant-themed saying, there are a lot of plates to spin. With over 8 years experience in digital marketing including copywriting, social media management, optimisation and brand management, Hailey tailors packages for each of her clients to meet their digital needs. Hailey is a mother of two daughters, wife to one ‘Scottish souvenir’ she dragged back (willingly) to NZ from her OE, and cat-mum to the newest furbaby of the household; Baron the Grey kitten
